Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your SealGuard purchase. This policy explains your options if you change your mind or receive a faulty product.
1. Cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order ID via the Contact page and we will cancel and refund in full.
2. Returns within 7 days
You may return the product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and reason for return. We will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.
3. Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund timeline
Once a return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank statement depending on your bank.
5. Non-returnable cases
Products that have been used, cut, installed, or whose packaging is destroyed are not eligible for return.
Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
