Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
1. Shipping coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
2. Dispatch time
Orders placed before 5 PM IST are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
3. Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Metro cities: 2–3 business days.
Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 business days.
4. Shipping charges
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.
5. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you can track your order via the Track Order page using your order ID and phone number.
6. Failed delivery
If our courier partner is unable to deliver due to wrong address or repeated unavailability, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to either resend (additional shipping may apply) or refund.
